- Log into your hosting control panel (cPanel) and go to “Email Accounts” under the “Email” section
- click the blue “+Create” button
- you must assign the new mailbox an email password – this password is needed for the mailbox to connect to the server in order to send/receive.
- Once the mailbox exists in cPanel, you can then add it to the mail program of your choice (we recommend Mozilla Thunderbird)
