It is the client’s responsibility to maintain their own backups, but we do perform nightly backups of your data and email for disaster recovery situations. Should you need us to recover a file or an email, we would need to charge an hourly fee for the time needed to find and restore the data. This fee is usually 1/2 an hour at our current web development rate.
Please note that in most cases we will be able to recover your website files, however in some unique cases your backups may be unavailable. We highly recommend that you rely first and foremost on your own personal backups.
