  9. Trade-mark registered in Canada (by a non-Canadian owner)<\/li>\n
  10. Canadian Trade Union<\/li>\n
  11. Canadian Political Party<\/li>\n
  12. Canadian Library, Archive or Museum<\/li>\n
  13. Trust established in Canada<\/li>\n
  14. Aboriginal Peoples (individuals or groups) indigenous to Canada<\/li>\n
  15. Indian Band recognized by the Indian Act of Canada<\/li>\n
  16. Legal Representative of a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident<\/li>\n
  17. Official mark registered in Canada<\/li>\n
