Microsoft has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/presspass\/features\/2006\/feb06\/02-15Designer.mspx\" target=\"_blank\">discontinued<\/a> Frontpage, and introduced a new web development solution: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/expression\/\" target=\"_blank\">Microsoft Expression<\/a>.
