If you would like to serve web pages securely on your own domain name (i.e. https://www.yourdomain.com/) you will need to purchase a private SSL certificate for your domain name. If you do not have a private SSL certificate, your visitors will receive a warning in their browser when they visit https://www.yourdomain.com/.
To purchase an SSL certificate, simply send us an e-mail containing the domain name for which you wish to register to the SSL certificate. Be careful which you request. For example, www.yourdomain.com and yourdomain.com are different.
We will purchase the SSL certificate on your behalf from Geotrust and install it on your account.
